Returns and Repairs

Watch Sales

  • All watches come with a 3-month mechanical warranty, which covers internal factory defects only.

  • Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, water exposure, shock impact, or unauthorized alterations.

  • We do not offer refunds unless the product is defective upon arrival and reported within 7 days.

Watch Repair Services

  • Our repairs include a 6-month warranty for services explicitly covered under the repair agreement.

  • No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction with repair outcomes if work was completed to industry standards.

  • Warranty coverage must be clearly stated in the repair invoice.
